175 km northwest of Helsinki, Lake Rutajärvi approx. 30 m (length 4 km, width 3 km), shallow, soft clay and mud bottom, jetty (also patio by the beach), also a 25 m long pier over the shallower part of the shore (sand-/clay bottom at the end of that pier), rubber boat (length 3 m). At nearest lake (boat channel) is approx. 10 m away from the cottage. Wooden house 1938, kitchen, living room (with fireplace), bedroom with double bed, sauna (electric stove), bathroom (shower and toilet), hallway with access to the terrace. Upstairs bedroom 2 beds, bedroom with wooden foldable sofa bed. In the house there is a fireplace, air source heat pump and wood stove in the kitchen. 4G Wi-Fi also in the house. Note: There is 4 recording camera surveillance on the yard.

Wooden house by lake Rutajärvi. Fishing possibility in the lake. Yard area level, grassed and bright. Gentle slope to the shore (stairs without railing). The lake has a sandy and clay bottom. Water level regulation can lower the water level in dry summers. It is 600 m to the common beach with bottom of sand and rock. Urjala's road called "taikayöntie" passes right by the house. Maintained ski trails in the winter on the ice. Tampere 65 km, Turku 110 km, Forssa 39 km, Kortetjärvi bird-watching tower and nature trails 6 km, Nuutajärvi glass village 17 km.

Kohteessa kaikki toimi kuten pitikin. Mukavuuksia oli juuri sen verran kuin pitikin. Olin lasten kanssa lomalla lokakuussa, eikä siten tullut nautittua ulkona olosta, kuten kesällä olisi tullut.
