Accommodation information
60 km to the west from Tampere, lake Houhajärvi 40 m, shallow sand beach, dredged next to the pier, swimming ladder, rowing boat. Peacefully located wooden rental cabin, built in 1965 and renovated in 2014. Living room/kitchen, double bed in the bedroom, bunk bed with pull out extra bed in the living area. There are also an air source heat pump, two fireplaces and a separate WC in the cabin. Wood heated sauna and shower are located in the same building. There is also a sleeping shed (25 m²) in yard area as another bedroom. On the ground floor of the sleeping shed is a double bed, on the upper floor two 80 cm wide beds and an openable sofa bed. Moveable electric radiator for heating. Wood heated sauna by the lake. Water to the sauna can be taken from the cabin by using a hose. The water is heated in a tank, which is connected with a sauna stove. Covered cooking area with gas grill right next to the sauna. Hot tub for rent, fee is 100 €/booking. There is no bed linen or cleaning service available in this destination. Please bring your own bed linen with you and carry out the final cleaning.

Peacefully located rental cabin by the fishy lake Houhajärvi. In this location you can enjoy a spacious and lawn yard area. A shallow sandy beach is ideal for people of all ages. The lakeside sauna offers good steam, you can also rent a hot tub for an extra fee of 100 €/booking. The hot tub can be rented directly from the owner. This destination is ideal even for a larger group of guests. Sastamala 8 km, House of Mr. Clutterbuck 8 km, Tampere 57 km.

Mökki ja sen varustelu olivat tarpeisiimme erinomaiset. Nautimme erityisesti piha-alueesta ja järvestä. Jos aika olisi käynyt pitkäksi, olisi ollut lyhyt matka Tampereelle. Mökin omistajan avuliaisuus kruunasi viikkomme.

Mökki on rento ja lupsakka. Ei liian pramea. Nuorisolle riitävän tilava ulkorakennus viereisine ulkovessoineen antaa omaa itsenäisyyttä. Luonto on ihana, järvi matala esim. subbailuun opettelemiseen.
