108 km north-east of Oulu, River Iijoki 500 m, own boat at Sotkajärvi 2,5 km. Wooden cottage 2005, living room/kitchen convertible sofa/ bed, an extra bed and 2 mattresses, glazed porch. Separate sauna building (10m²) with dressing room, electric light and electric heating. Air source heat pump. There is a separate outbuilding (17m2) that can be rented by a separate agreement / payment from 1.4. - 31.10. yearly. A daily rental of 40 €, payable directly to the owner. four bed places. Rented together with the main cottage. Other times by different contract.

On level plot with mainly conifers, not on lake shore. Hot tub available at extra fee (contact the owner): e.g. date 1.5. - 31.9: 2 days 100e. Please, agree about the use with the owner always in advance. Ask the owner about bookings of different lengths. During the winter season, the date and prices are negotiated separately. Client fills in and empties the tub and takes care of heating according to the instructions. Hyvin varustettu pieni mökki erillisellä saunalla jossa hyvät leppoisat löylyt oikealla lämmityksellä. Ympärillä hyvät ulkoilu mahdollisuudet, ainakin näin talvella.

Mukava pieni mökki rauhallisella paikalla luonnon ääressä. Vieressä tie, mutta autoja meni aika harvoin. Mökistä löytyi perus tarpeet ja kamiina toi tunnelmaa sekä lämpöä kylminä päivinä. Saunassa oli hyvät löylyt ja kodassa oli kiva keittää teetä talvi-illan hämärtyessä.

Kaikki meni hienosti, mökki oli kuten olimme odottaneet. Yhteys omistajan kanssa oli mutkatonta. Kivan rauhallinen sijainti ja helppo tehdä päivä reissuja läheisten valta- ja kantateiden ansiosta.
