100 km north-west of Kuopio, Lake Nilakka 30 m, shallow, gently sloping beach, own boat and pier. Wooden cottage built in 1982, extended 1995, kitchen cabinets and stove renewed in spring 2018. Air source heat pump (also cooling function). Kitchen-living room with 1 bed (80x200 cm) and a convertible sofa bed, bigger bedroom with 2 beds (80x200 cm), smaller one with 1 bed (120x200 cm). Cottage has electricity, electric heating and heat-storing fireplace. The cottage is connected to the municipal water supply network, hot water comes into the kitchen and insdoor toilet. No shower in the cabin or sauna. Lakeshore sauna (built in 1973, wood heated stove and for hot water heating its own cauldron). Dressing room with a convertible sofa. Hot tub for extra price. There'a also a root cellar and wood shed on the plot. Rented only for families and other groups who enjoy peaceful holiday. Not rented for groups consisting only of under 25 years old customers

Spacious cottage and separate lakeside sauna in a rural setting in its own peace, yet within walking distance of services. The cottage has its own, flat two-hectare plot with beautiful old trees. The view of the lake is towards the morning sun, and the evening sun shines over the field landscape from behind the cottage. Cottage is great for telecommuting, as both bedrooms have work desks and Wifi-connection. The porches of the cottage and sauna have been renovated in 2020-2022, and at the same time some trees in the yard have also been cutted down. The beach has a lakeside sauna, a pier, a small drying shed for fishing nets, a campfire site and a hot tub to rent at an additional cost. The beach is soft bottomed. PLEASE NOTE; the water level can vary, especially in late summer (can be very low). Guests have access to a refurbished boat, a fish trap and three fishing nets. You can inquire about borrowing an electric outboard free of charge from the owner. The lake is fishy, there is a good pike perch fishing spot nearby. Parking places in yard for 3 cars. In winter a socket for a car. At Keitele town, short distance away, swimming beach and diving tower, tennis court, beach volleyball court, jogging track and summer theatre. In winter, good skiing tracks in Keitele town. A lean-to shelter and campfire in the nearby island. Keitele town center 2 km, Pielavesi 28 km, Kiuruvesi 80 km, Kärnänkoski rapid about 15 km, Viitasaari ski slopes 40 km, Korkeakoski rapid in Maaninka about 60 km, Eerikkala Golf Tervo 40 km, spas Runni and Fontanella 80 km. Kuopio 100 km. Tahko ski resort and spa 115 km.

  A wonderful Sauna and lovely landscape in wintertime as well. A very nice landlord who gives important instructions concerning using for instance the wood heated oven. Gold quality-price-balance. I will come back again.
