Spacious and well-equipped apartment near Puuhamaa amusement park. The apartment is a part of a complex of 10 apartments in an old school building, built in 1890. The other apartments are in permanent residential use. 25 km to the south from Hämeenlinna, lake Alasjärvi 50 m, rowing boat in free use. Public swimming beach 1.5 km distance, child-friendly sand beach. The apartment has separate kitchen, living room, one bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with loft bed and spreadable sofa bed and lounge with spreadable sofa bed. The apartment has separate WC and washroom. There is a shared electric sauna in the building, access from outside. Sauna is used quite rarely, so no need for separate booking calendar.

Huoneisto on valoisa ja henkii sekä 1900-luvun alun sekä nykyajan tunnelmaa ja modernia varustelua kokonaan remontoidussa kohteessa.
