Kallioniemi cabin suits well for year-round holidays. The cabin’s detached house-level equipment makes it possible to spend a good holiday even during the winter. 18 km to the south from Iisalmi, lake Nerkoonjärvi 20 m, (length 10 km, width 2 km), hard-bottomed and sanded beach, own pier, beach deepens gently, water depth at the end of the pier is 130 cm. The cabin uses a remote camera for access control, but it is not used when there are tenants on the site. Pets allowed for an additional fee of 40 e/pet, max 2 pets. Spacious, sunny plot that slopes to the beach facing west. There is a good visibility of the lake Nerkoonjärvi from the large terrace of the cabin, lakeside sauna and even from the sauna benches. There is a waterway passing through in front of the cabin, the boat traffic can be observed during the summer time. Ice swimming possibility in winter time after the lake freezes over. If you wish to rent the outboard motor for the boat, please contact the owner directly. There are two women bicycles and two kick sleds free to use in the cabin. There is a walkway between Iisalmi and Lapinlahti towns, which is well suited for cycling. Places to visit: Lapinlahti DiscGolfPark 14 km, Paloisvuori outdoor area, Iisalmi 18 km, farm shop Väisäsen kotiliha (café-restaurant and direct sale of local products and meat products) 2.5 km, Nerkoo horse stable 6 km, snowmobile trail network 14 km (starting point in the yard of Matin ja Liisan asema service station).

  Hyvät puitteet mökkilomalle. Lähellä rantaa, hyvä laituri. Saunoja joka lähtöön, rantasauna, sisäsauna ja infrapunasauna. Mökki sopiva 8 hlölle. Varustus hyvä. Suosittelen.
