Final cleaning and sheet are included in the price, towels can be rented from the owner (3 e/set). 2 baskets of fire wood is included in the price. The cottage is only rented to families and couples or the like and for a maximum of 4 people. Reservations start at 17.00 and end at 13.00 (also in weekend bookings).

Spacious villa that is located in a peaceful lagoon. From the beach you cannot see other villas at all. There is large, south-facing patio with good outdoor furniture. Plot is otherwise in natural state, the beach area is flat. The villa's owner takes good care of the cottage and the cottage will be carefully cleaned for each customer. To open sleeping loft steep stairs, no child ports, loft maximum height is 170 cm. Loft is suitable eg. for teenagers. The neighboring cottage, "Ferdinand 11312" (distance 60 m) is owned by the same owner. Arrival courtyard is a shared with cottage 11312, but there is no sight to the actual cottage yard or beach. Place is suitable for small groups or families if you book these two cottages together. By separate agreement the owner can organise catering, as well as Pontoon boat rides and guided fishing trips. The owner has an organic farm 1 km, green and black currants available. Canoe and outboard motor for hire. Good location, about 1,5 km from the highway for 5. The area is almost like an island, which opens in the middle of pure organic arable land. Edge of the field can be found in an ancient dwelling place, which was an old residential building in the state according to a story. The foundation is protected under the Antiquities Act. Vierumäki sports and golf 36 km, Purnuvuori 60 km, Lahti 63 km, Messilä 63 km, Kouvola 70 km, Mikkeli 70 km. Cottage is rented only for families or couples. The check in time is 6 pm.
